How to fund your wallet (and why it's free)
Your Aurra wallet comes with its own bank account number. Here's how money gets in, and what it costs.
Your Aurra wallet is funded one way: a normal bank transfer to your personal virtual account. No cards, nouss, no waiting on a sponsor bank callback you can't see.
Where to find your account number
Open the Aurra WhatsApp chat and send balance, or open the dashboard and check Deposit Accountin Settings. You'll see your account number, the bank it sits in, and the account name.
Fund it from any bank
Use whatever app you already bank with: GTBank, Access, Zenith, First Bank, UBA, Kuda, Opay, Palmpay, or any other Nigerian bank. Transfer to your virtual account number like you would to anyone else.
Deposits are free. No fee, no minimum, no percentage. The money auto-credits to your wallet instantly and shows up in your transaction history.
What happens next
Once the wallet is funded, you can send money to any Nigerian bank, buy airtime, or pay bills straight from the chat. Transfers start at ₦50, and you always see the exact fee on the review screen before you enter your PIN.
Troubleshooting
- Transfer went through but the wallet is empty? Wait a minute, refresh, then check Transactions.
- Still nothing? Email support@aurra.online with the sender account details and amount.
- Always double-check you typed your virtual account number. Transfers to another account cannot be reversed by us.
