When the shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification email with a link to a status page where you can find your tracking number and a link to the DHL tracking page, allowing you to track shipments and check the delivery status online.

Delivery Times: Order processing and verification typically take 1-2 business days, depending on demand and product shortages.
The expected arrival time is 7-12 business days.
You will always receive an email once your order is processed, along with a tracking number.
Order Changes: Once orders are placed, we cannot add, remove, or modify items/addresses.
Incorrect Addresses: In the event that an incorrect delivery address is submitted when placing an order, Shape From Home accepts no responsibility and cannot send a replacement package or refund these orders.
If you realize you have submitted an incorrect address at the time of your order, please immediately send us an email via our Contact page to inform us. We can only correct the address if the order has not yet been shipped
